When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

We make every effort to prepare and ship orders within the estimated timeframe. However, during periods of high demand or due to unforeseen circumstances, slight delays may occasionally occur.


Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, delivery is generally expected within 4–12 business days.

In certain situations, delivery may take up to 21 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Can This Item Be Shipped to My Country?

If there are shipping restrictions or if the product cannot be delivered to your selected country, the checkout process will not allow the order to be completed.

How Can I Track My Order?

Where Can My Order Be Delivered?

Your order can be shipped to any address of your choice, whether it is a residential address or a business location.


Is In-Store Pickup Available?

At this time, in-store pickup is not available. All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.


Can Delivery Be Delayed After Shipment?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or intercept the delivery.

If a package cannot be delivered successfully, it will be returned to our warehouse by the carrier. Please note that the return process may take several weeks to complete.

Once the returned package has been received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued accordingly.

Can Multiple Orders Be Shipped Together?

Orders cannot be combined after they have been placed.

Each order is processed and shipped separately, which means you may receive multiple tracking emails if you place more than one order.
